Methods
  • 1. In a bowl take 2 cups of aata.
  • 2. Now add sooji salt and ghee in it.
  • 3. Add ajwain and mix the ingredients..put water little and make dough. Dough should be a bit hard. Put dough to rest for at least 15 to 20 minutes.
  • 4. Let's make filling. Peel the boiled potato and mash them.
  • 5. Now take a kadai add jeera ,coriander seeds curry leaves let them splutter.
  • 6. Add salt, Red chilli powder, garam masala,amchur powder.
  • 7. Mix them well and add mashed potatoes peas and paneer and mix them very well.
  • 8. Allow this filling to cool.
  • 9. After some time the filling is ready and dough is also ready.
  • 10. Make small balls from dough and roll each ball in a chapati shape cut between the middle.
  • 11. Take one half and roll it in a samosa shape and fill stuffing seal the edges with water.
  • 12. Make samosas with rest of the dough balls.
  • 13. Now all samosas are ready for air frying apply little bit of oil on samosas and place it in air fryer put the timer for 12-15 minutes.
  • 14. In between you need to change the sides. After the given time samosas are ready. Serve it with imli and green chutney.
