Ingredients For Sprouted moong beans and black gram salad Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash black gram and moong beans. Add sufficient water And soak it overnight. Next day discard water . Cover and keep it for 1-2 days.
  • 2. You can also keep it in muslin cloth and knotted it. You will see that after 2 days sprouts appears in 2 days.
  • 3. In a bowl Take sprouted moong and Black gram. Add chopped tomatoes, onions, green chili, and all spices. Add lemon juice and toss everything well and serve.
