Ingredients For Papdi Chaat Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Whisk together the yogurt and sugar in a bowl until the sugar is dissolved.
  • 2. Lay out 20-25 papdi on a large serving plate.
  • 3. Pour the yogurt mixture on top of the papdi.
  • 4. Top with potatoes, chickpeas, onions, coriander mint chutney, tamarind chutney, salt, chili powder, cumin powder, and chaat masala powder.
  • 5. Garnish with coriander leaves, fine sev, and pomegranate seeds, serve immediately.
