Ingredients For Mini Aata Chilla Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take wheat flour and curd in mixing bowl. Add some water and mix well. Cover with lid and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • 2. Now take batter and add ginger garlic and green chilli paste.
  • 3. Add onion, tomatoe and Coriander leaves.
  • 4. Add salt, roasted cumin powder, chilli flakes.
  • 5. Add water and mix well. (We need runny consistency. Neither much thick nor watery)
  • 6. Add fruit salt and squeeze lemon juice on it. Mix properly.
  • 7. Heat a pan. Apply some oil on pan. Pour small ladle full batter on tava and little spread it. Pan fry it both side with oil.
