  • 1. Peel and chop mangoes in about two inches long pieces.Add salt,heeng,chilli powder to them and mix well .
  • 2. Keep in a glass jar in sunlight for few days.Keep shaking every now and then.
  • 3. Bingo,your healthy and super tangy pickle is ready to tickle your taste buds.
