I have been using Nestle milkmaid since my childhood when we used to smear it on bread tastes and enjoy the creamy ohh so yummy taste.Now my kids do the same.Over the years,the taste has remain the same and now I use it for a variety of recipes,be it baking eggless cakes,Indian sweets,Shahi tukda,smearing it on rusks or toasted bread slices for instant gratification of your sweet tooth. It is my goto ingredient whenever I want to indulge in making sweets. Its long shelf life and adaptability to various cuisines makes it a very useful ingredient I only wish the packing was better as the hook attached to the lid sometimes comes off .

We have an array of Veeba sauces in our pantry and this is one of the favourites.Not overly spicy,it is perfect for Indian palate.It goes well with a variety of recipes,pan fried,grilled or baked.It is great as a dip also.Though the price could be on lower side ,yet it is affordable .Its sleek plastic bottle makes it easy to fit in any pantry rack.

Some things never change.This stands true for Amul pasturised butter.A fan of this butter since my childhood,I find that my kids share my love for this now.We relish its super taste in almost every arena of cooking.Whether baking cakes or cookies or buns or breads or puffs,or giving special flavour to my Indian recipes or as an accompaniment to pranthas or making bread toasts,I rely on this only.I only wish that they improved the packaging quality as the soft cardboard packing is so hopeless .
