Methods
  • 1. Take wheat flour,pinch of salt,oil and make hard dough by using water.
  • 2. Then take small pedas of dough and just roughly make oval shape and fry in oil till it becomes golden brown.
  • 3. once it comes to normal temperature grinde it in mixture to make powdered of it.
  • 4. Then take kadia add ghee and add all the powdered mixture in it.
  • 5. Saute it for 10min then add powdered sugar and cardomon and nutmeg powder in it.
  • 6. Make round ladoos of it.
  • 7. And healthy delicious ladoos are ready.
