I have been using this as my goto quick to make chana/choley. It just simplifies otherwise rather lengthy chole making process. I use thus masala to make regular curry style as well punjabi style black/rather dark brown , delhi style choley. I travel a lot and generally do airbnb/homestays, so i can cook my food, esp when you do not find Indian restaurants often. This comes as a super saviour❤️

This is one of those products that i can swear by. I have been using this for years and i could clearly not see myself without it. I belong to an era where We in India grew up eating maggi. Over years i have seen maggi's transition to different forms and probably one of those early testers for each new launch. However hands down maggi masala classic flavour wins the race and my heart. Its that thing that goes from midnight binge to classic pahad to lazy days no cooking to just soupy or spice rainday cravings. It might not be super healthy, but binging is fair , especially when you load up with veggies ? ? ?

This is my absolute guiltfree(almost) favourite snack I call it bubble of happiness. It comes with puffed rice which is crisp, peanut, chickpea , sev, sweet chutney, spicy red chutney and green chutney. I generally skip putting all of sweet tamarind chutney, use just a little bit because i like it spicy and mildly sweet. This is also perfect travelling and picnic snack

I am very ardent fan of everest masalas, especially their chilli range. This one is perfect fit if you are not into too much chilli ? ? hotness. Its just perfect spice level to give that kick to your food. I would like to see more environmental friendly packaging though.
