This dal tadka masala is good but not upto the mark i would buy it but not on regular basis the aroma and taste of this is good and would totally recommend this but definately not on regular basis

I soaked moong dal for 24 hrs and i found numerous grains of same dal that was as hard as stone. ... I thought Tata would be having great quality but it is not so and by looking at it only anyone can say that Moong is small in size. May be my expectations were more from Tata group.

Wish they could clean it well before selling. I have been ordering Tata Sampann Dal for more than 6 months , for the last quality is deteriorated. It is taking unusually long time to cook even after soaking for several hours. Earlier it was just regular cooking time.

What I like about Tata Spices is that they come in separate pouches. So that every time you make fresh curry, you get to use fresh aromatic blend of spices. I love all tata products...their masalas and besan are specially good.

The best part is that within few minutes I have breakfast ready and that too rich in protein and in no time. No need to add, however I added onions and tomato paste. Absolutely delicious and Ofcourse value for money. Thanks Tata sampann for this product

Too much of chilli....neither fragrance nor taste of moong daal...more like a besan chilla..i am an tata sampann user of all products....but this is just not worth it....will not ever buy it again

Good one, but costly. This is a good quality dal from Tata. ... Top quality Daal by tata sampann. It's always better to spend few bucks extra for unpolished and quality Daal than to pay huge amount to doctors later in life.

Taste is definitely much better. The dal is good and coming from a reputed brand "Tata" reassures the faith in quality. Also price difference isn't too much. ... It's not the little grain masoor daal , the grains are very large.
