Tasty and easy to make , everyone will loved it add cardomom powder to the powder for enhancing the taste , it's not added to the mix it will really increase the taste.
The tangy taste is well pronounced. Takes about 12-14 minutes to fluff up. Haven't been able to get the market-like fluff, but I find them more flavourful and filling. The instructions are clear and precise. If you're adding the right proportions of curd, oil and water, you're in for a treat!
The Dosas come out crunchy and full of flavor, and you can make them really thin without fearing of any breakage. The quality of semolina and rice flour is very good and it results in delicious, lip smacking rava dosas.
