Amul fresh cream has been processed to give smooth texture & flavour to the soups, curries, fruit dessert because it has very dense richness. it contains only 1g trans fat & 18 to 25 % milk fat in it, but once it is opened it has to be consumed within the span of 4 to 5 day the best part of it is, it cut down the bitterness of the coffee. but it cannot be used as wipping cream.
