Kitchens of India paste for lamb curry is little bit spicy but I like that. The directions said to add 2 cups of water but I used a can of light coconut milk and thinned it with a little chicken stock. I added some sliced onion, zucchini and a couple of handfuls of frozen spinach. Served it with rice. I can see keeping some of this on hand for a quick curry dinner.
