This product by golden prize is quite good and effective. Tastes like rich Tuna (unlike the original sushi Tuna of course). Half inch to an inch long chunks. Preferably, use it after draining the olive oil from it, making salsa sandwiches is how I enjoyed it.
Golden prize - Tune Chunks in siya bean oil is average product. I enjoy it by adding A little salt and black pepper mixing the tuna with all the above. And not the oil in the can, just throw it away. It tastes real good.
Golden Prize - Tuna Flakes in Brine pack is a good fresh product. This tuna is of good quality and very tasty. I also like the fact that it is canned in brine. The pieces of fish are quite small and flaky. Good for sandwiches.
Golden prize - Wikd Caught Alaskan salmon fillet in oil is a good product. Canned salmon is rich in protein, vitamin D, calcium (from the bones) and healthy omega-3 fats. Omega-3 fats are heart healthy fats. They also promote healthy brain development in babies.
Golden Prize - Wild Caught Alaskan pink salmon smoked is a very good product. Canada's Food Guide recommends we eat at least two Food Guide servings of low-mercury fish such as salmon each week. These salmons are perfect for sandwiches and hor d'oeuvre
Golden prize - Sardine in natural oil is a good product. Personally I enjoy sardines and this is chilli flavoured and canned in natural fish oil (so it says). Enjoyable in salads and on toast. Some people may find tinned sardines a bit stinky but they taste superb!
Oceans secret - Tuna chunks In veg oil and with chilli and pepper is a great product. I personally like it as it has flavors and is perfect for sandwiches and hor d'oeuvres. Best served with wine.
Oceans secret - Tuna chunks in Oil is a great product. The addition of lemon makes it perfect to add to your spaghetti and ramen. It can also be consumed raw. Packing is good.
Oceans secret - Tuna chunks in olive oil is a great product. It is high in omega-3 fatty acids. It is a type of heart-healthy fat, with a high anti-inflammatory effect. Also additional olive oil makes it rich and Olive oil is good for our arteries because it improves total blood cholesterol.
Yummiez - Afghani seekh kabab is a very delicious product. Kebabs are a healthier fast food option because they are not deep-fried and include bread and salad. Also this one can be prepared easily.
