Ingredients For Vermicelli Breakfast Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a pan and put oil into it and let it heat for a while.
  • 2. Give it a tadka and jeera to it then add curry leaves to it.
  • 3. Add turmeric powder, and 1-2 pinch of moong dal to it.
  • 4. Then add onion. (Or any other vegetable you like) let it cook till golden brown.
  • 5. Then add 1½ tsp of chilli powder and let it cook on low flame.
  • 6. Add 2 bowl vermicelli to it and fry on low flame.
  • 7. Add 2 bowl of water to it.
  • 8. Cover and cook it on low flame.
  • 9. Garnish it with coriander, coconut, cashew nuts as you like.
  • 10. Yummy and light breakfast is ready to serve hot.
