Ingredients For Vegetables Dalia Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker
  • 2. Splutter the cumin first in the hot oil. Add chopped onion and saute till they become transparent.
  • 3. Now add potatoes, carrot and peas and saute for 2 minutes. Keep stirring
  • 4. Rinse the dalia and add to the veggies. Stir for 3-4 minutes
  • 5. Add 4 cups water and salt
  • 6. Stir and pressure cook for 10-12 whistle till the dalia is cooked well
  • 7. If the dalia has not cooked completely, then add some more water and pressure cook for a few whistle more or cook without the lid till they are softened.
  • 8. Vegetables Dalia is ready to serve hot.
