Ingredients For Veg Maratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First prepare kofta by mixing all ingredients and deep fry it
  • 2. Now prepare gravy by adding oil in a pan add cumin seed and ginger ,green chilly garlic paste and than add onion and brown it and than add 1-2 tbsp besan keep stirring now add all spices and than add chopped tomatoes or tomato puree add water to adjust consistency and than add special masala which we prepared by roasting dry red chilly,coriander seed,jeera,saunf,black pepper roast and grinfld
  • 3. Now add this masala and cook for another minute and at last add kasuri methi and garam masala
