1.
Wash all the vegetables and cut it into pieces.

Heat oil in a wok. Fry potato and cauliflower.

Leaving two to three spoons of oil in the pan, take out all the remaining oil. Heat oil in the same pan, add cumin seeds to it. When cumin turns brown, add onion, green chili and ginger.

When the onion becomes light brown then add carrot and capsicum to it. Cover it and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Now mix cauliflower and potatoes in it.

Also add all the dry spices. Stir it well. Cover back and cook for 4-5 minutes. Switch off the gas and mix the schezwan sauce.
6.
Take a roti. Put tomato ketchup on it. Keep the prepared vegetable in the middle. Grate the cheese on top. Fold a portion of the bread. Cover it with the other side.
7.
Put ghee on the pan. Bake the frankies till they turn golden brown in color from both the sides.
