1.
In a mixing bowl add flour, salt red chilli powder and 1 tbsp oil. Mix it well.

Divide the mixture into 3 equal parts.

Mix spinach puree in one part . Knead soft dough. In second part add tomato puree and turmeric powder, knead it, if required add water. Knead third part with water.

Take some portion from each dough. Make log. Roll and Join them together. Cut it into half. Press it.
5.
Dust dry flour on rolling board. Roll all the parathas with rolling pin.
6.
Heat tawa. Place Paratha over it. Apply ghee on both the sides. Cook it from both the sides on medium heat. Enjoy with any sabji.
