Ingredients For Tricolour Paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl add flour, salt red chilli powder and 1 tbsp oil. Mix it well.
  • 2. Divide the mixture into 3 equal parts.
  • 3. Mix spinach puree in one part . Knead soft dough. In second part add tomato puree and turmeric powder, knead it, if required add water. Knead third part with water.
  • 4. Take some portion from each dough. Make log. Roll and Join them together. Cut it into half. Press it.
  • 5. Dust dry flour on rolling board. Roll all the parathas with rolling pin.
  • 6. Heat tawa. Place Paratha over it. Apply ghee on both the sides. Cook it from both the sides on medium heat. Enjoy with any sabji.
