1.
Clean the pearl millet and put a little water, splash and soak it 15 minutes so that it becomes moist.

Now add it in grinder. And grind little bit ,not grind it too much.

After grinded it peel off it's skin rubbed with hands. Separates all it's peels from the grains.

Now heat ghee in a Cooker and add baajra. Saute for a minute. Add milk and cover the lid. Apply 3-4 whistles.

After releasing the steam add suger and cardamom powder and mix. Add condensed milk and cook for a minute on medium flame. Add some chopped nuts and mix.
6.
Now divide cooked bajra in 3 parts. In one part add orange color and mix. Cook for a minute on medium flame.
7.
In second part add green color and mix. Cook for a minute. Third part keep as it is.
8.
Take long glass. First add some green color kheer , than add some white color kheer and last add orange color kheer. Garnish with chopped almonds ,cashew and pistachios and serve.
