Methods
  • 1. First of all heat ghee in heavy bottom kadai.
  • 2. Add jeera and hing. Add potatoes and fry them.
  • 3. Now add cashew, peas, corn and saute them.
  • 4. Then add all dry masalas n salt. Then add tomato puree.
  • 5. Put the washed basmati rice and saute for a while.
  • 6. Put the water double the quantity of rice n cook them on slow flame.
  • 7. Once cooked, serve this tehari with salads and raita
