1.
First wash all the vegetables and cut them into small pieces.

Put oil in a pan and heat it. Add ginger and fry it for 2-3 minutes

Now add green onions and fry for 2-3 minutes. Now add all the vegetables and 1/2 cup sweetcorn and fry it well for 2-3 minutes. Vegetables have to be kept the same way, do not melt too much.

Grind 1 cup sweetcorn in a mixer by adding a little water.

Now in a separate bowl, add some water to the cornflour and make a batter. There should be no lumps in it.

Now add sweetcorn paste to the vegetables, mix and fry. 3-4 minutes
7.
Now add 2-3 cups of water to the vegetables and bring them to a boil. Add salt, pepper and vinegar to it.
8.
Now when it cooks a little, add cornflour solution. and mix. Serve the soup hot when it thickens slightly.
