Methods

How to make Sindhi kadhi chawal in kulhad Recipe

1. Firstly Heat oil in a kadai add mustard, cumin,methidana let splutter than add asefoetida.
2. Now add besan and fry it till brownish . Add water make it boil add turmeric ,chilly powder,coriander powder and curry leaves.
3. Now add all vegies (cut into cubes )and Ginger.Add salt when vegies cooked add tamarind pulp and Boil it for 2-3 minutes.
4. To assemble the dish in a kulhad, put a few spoons of the kadhi in with a few spoonfuls of rice. Mix well garnish with coriander leaves.
