Ingredients For Sev rolls Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl take all the above ingredients except the vermicelli and cornflour slurry. Make long rolls and keep them aside.
  • 2. Dip the rolls in the slurry and coat them properly with vermicelli and deep fry them on medium heat till golden brown colour obtained.
  • 3. Serve the sev rolls with green chutney and garnish with tomato ketchup!
