Methods

How to make Saute Courgettes Recipe

1. Take one whole zucchini or courgette, wash it well and cut them into thick slices.
2. Now take a non-stick sauce pan, put it on a medium flame till the pan is hot then add 1 tsp of olive oil into it.
3. Now add the sliced courgettes in the pan and sauté it for 5 mins till it gets light brown.
4. Once it is done, transfer it to a serving plate, add salt and pepper for seasoning.
5. Now add fine chopped parsley to garnish, and serve hot.
