Ingredients For Sabudana Vada Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash the sabudana very nicely. Soak for 6-8 hours in water.
  • 2. Grate the boiled potatoes and add to the bowl.
  • 3. Mix everything nicely, potatoes, green chillies, peanuts etc.
  • 4. Make small balls from the dough. Flatten them a little bit.
  • 5. Fry the vadas in hot oil till golden brown from both the sides.
  • 6. Ready to serve hot Vade.serve to green chutney
