Methods
  • 1. Take a mixing owl and add soaked Sabudana, boiled and mashed potatoes, crushed peanuts,ginger chilli paste.
  • 2. Now add sendha namak,lemon juice, finely chopped coriander leaves.
  • 3. Now mix well and make small tikkis out of it.
  • 4. Heat oil in kadhai and fry at medium to high flame till golden in colour.
  • 5. Now sabudana vadas are ready to serve.
