Ingredients For Sabudana Kheer Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash sabudana in water and drain them. Soak them in water for 3 hours. They will absorb all water and their size will increase.
  • 2. Heat the milk in a heavy bottomed pan over a medium flame.
  • 3. When the milk comes to boil add soaked sabudana.
  • 4. Add sugar and stir well until it dissolves completely.
  • 5. Cook them until they turn transparent and soft for around 10-15 minutes. Make sure to stir continuously.
  • 6. Reduce the heat to low and add cardamom powder.
  • 7. Stir continuously and cook until milk turns thick. It will take around 5-7 minutes.
  • 8. Turn off the flame. Your sabudana kheer is ready to serve. Garnish it with almonds.
  • 9. Serve it hot or chilled yours choice.
