Recipe Notes

You can rehetat sugar syrup and serve it hot. Also you can freeze it and serve it hot. Or on room temperature you can have it.

Ingredients For Rosh Bora Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take 1 spoon ghee in pan. Add semolina and saute it till slightly colour change and arromatic.
  • 2. Now gradually add milk and stir it continues to make lump free. Let absorb milk in semolina and mix well.
  • 3. Now let it cool. Meanwhile prepare sugar syrup.
  • 4. Take sugar and water in vessal. Let it boil. Occasionally stir it.
  • 5. Now add cardamom powder, saffron stain. Cook it for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • 6. Turn off flame and add saffron extract. Mix it.
  • 7. Now take semolina mixture and knead well.
  • 8. Add maida and fruit salt in it.
  • 9. Apply ghee on your palm and knead properly and give nice binding.
  • 10. Now take small portion and make ball. Little press it.
  • 11. Deep fry in hot oil on fast flame till golden brown.
  • 12. Now deep these balls in sugar syrup for approximately 4 hours to absorb sugar syrup.
  • 13. Now our rosh Bora ready to serve
