Today I m sharing with you a recipe of breakfast premix, roasted oats makhana and dryfruits. Easy and nutritious recipe made with oats, makhana and curd.
How to make Roasted Oats And Makhana Premix Recipe

In a pan add ghee now dry roast fox seeds for 1-2 mins. At low flame. Now it's done and keep a side. Now in a same pan add peanut now dry roast for 1-2 mins. At low flame now it's done and keep aside. Now add oats and dry roast for 1-2 mins at low flame. Now it's done and keep aside.

Now add almonds and cashew dry roast for 1-2 mins. at low flame now it's done .keep aside. Take a jar add oats, peanuts, fox seeds, basil seeds,almonds,raisins,cashew,now mix it well . Premix is ready.

Now in a bowl add curd, fennel powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, flax seeds powder mix it well properly. Now add oats premix 1-2 tbsp mix it well.roasted oats and ma khana ready to serve.
