Ingredients For Raw Mango rice

Methods
  • 1. In a pan, keep oil to heat. Add peanuts and roast them. Remove it and keep aside.
  • 2. Add mustard seeds to oil. After it gets crackles, add chana daal. Roast it till it changes the colour.
  • 3. Add green chilli, curry leaves and mix it well.
  • 4. Add greated raw mango, sprinkle salt and mix it well.
  • 5. After 3-4 minutes, add turmeric powder, groundnuts, sugar and mix it properly.
  • 6. Put off the flame and serve hot.
