1.
Wash and peel the raw bananas. Cut them with the chips cutter into equal thin slices.

Add salt and turmeric powder to the chips And mix them Well. Leave this for 5 minutes.

Heat a pan and add oil into it to fry. Now put some banana chips Into the pan and fry them on medium flame till they turn crispy.
4.
Take them out in a plate . Fry all the remaining chips In the same Manner.
5.
Add salt, black pepper powder, Cumin powder and chaat masala powder and mix. Cool down in room temperature and keep it in air tight jar. Enjoy with tea or coffee.
