Take a bowl add quinoa, salt, pepper, besan, water and knead it in a dough.

Roll it on a table dusted with flour, using a rolling pin then cut it by knife in pasta shape.
3.
Now take a bowl and pour in some water adding in a pinch of salt and little oil. Once the water turns hot, add in the raw pasta and boil it for 10-12 minutes.
4.
Place a pan on a medium flame and put some oil in it.
5.
Add garlic, onion and saute it for a minute then pour in the tomato puree and ketchup and sprinkle some oregano, and cook it for few minutes.

I used well cooked quinoa to make this , and it came out fantastic. Will try with raw quinoa too over the weekend.
