Ingredients For Potato Wedges Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Cut the potatoes into little thick wedges.Take a sauce pan add 1 tsp salt and potatoes. Boil it , until it becomes half Cooked .
  • 2. Drain water. Transfer boiled potato wedges in a plate , add all the ingredients. Mix it gently.
  • 3. Heat oil in a wok. Deep fry all the wedges on medium high flame till it becomes crispy.
  • 4. Transfer it in serving plate. Sprinkle chilli flakes and herbs. Serve hot with sauce.
