Methods

How to make Pomfret fish curry recipe

1. Firstly clean the fish and marinate with vinegar, salt for sometime, then marinate again with turmeric nd red chilli powder.
2. Thn heat the pan with oil, gently fry all fish, keep it aside.
3. Next mix the all spices with little water and put into oil.
4. Cook it for sometime,add water into it while the masala splutters..
5. Lastly add the fish while boil comes,gently stir,Cooke few mints nd sprinkle garammasalas,simmer it and served it wth hot rice!!
