Methods
  • 1. In large mixing bowl add washed poha,boiled and mashed potatoes.Also add turmeric,chilli powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala,ginger garlic paste,crushed pepper.corn flour,salt,coriander leaves.
  • 2. Combine well making sure a dough is formed.prepare a ball sized patties greasing hand with oil.
  • 3. Now deep fry or pan fry in hot oil.Fry on medium flame, flipping occasionally till it turns golden brown.Remove them on an absorbent paper.Coat with poppy seeds all sides.
  • 4. finally, serve poha cutlet with tomato sauce.Garnish with cashews
