Poha Cutlet is delicious made with potatoes, poha and flavoured with garam masala, chaat masala, ginger and chillies. It can be served as a snack or an as appetizer too.

In large mixing bowl add washed poha,boiled and mashed potatoes.Also add turmeric,chilli powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala,ginger garlic paste,crushed pepper.corn flour,salt,coriander leaves.

Combine well making sure a dough is formed.prepare a ball sized patties greasing hand with oil.

Now deep fry or pan fry in hot oil.Fry on medium flame, flipping occasionally till it turns golden brown.Remove them on an absorbent paper.Coat with poppy seeds all sides.

finally, serve poha cutlet with tomato sauce.Garnish with cashews
