Methods
  • 1. First of all, take millet flour in a big plate, add salt, and 1 teaspoon ghee and mix it well.
  • 2. Now knead it into a soft dough with the help of water. And let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • 3. Now make 2 parts of it by patting one part with the help of palm and make a thick roth. Make small designs on the edge with the help of tweezers.
  • 4. Now heat the soil pan and put the roth on it and bake it on low flame from both the sides.
  • 5. Now put butter on it, serve hot with lots of ghee.
