Ingredients For Palak pakora kadhi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add 4 to 5 tablespoon of besan, add turmeric n chili powder half the amount n ajawain . Add 100 gm of blanched spinach into the besan.
  • 2. Now add water n beat it v well, untill batter (for pakoras)becomes fluffy. Now add salt .
  • 3. Heat oil in kadai n fry the palak pakoda on a slow flame.
  • 4. Make 8 to 10 small pakoras. Now again take a pan, add 3 tablespoon of oil in it.
  • 5. Add, curry leaves, hing n panch foran into the hot oil
  • 6. Now add ginger garlic paste, rest of turmeric powder n chilli powder. Saute it well.
  • 7. take rest of the besan n curd make thin batter, add boiled palak puree to the batter n salt to taste.
  • 8. Put this mixture into the pan n mix it well. Slowly drop the pakoras into the kadhi mixture n stir it well.
  • 9. Add sugar n let it boil on slow flame for 10 mins
  • 10. Palak pakora kadhi is ready, serve it with steamed rice.
