Methods
  • 1. Take mushrooms and slice them.
  • 2. Then we have to fry the veggies so take a pan and add butter take a pan and add butter take a pan and add butter now add 2 garlic cloves.
  • 3. Once the raw smell is gone add 1/2 onion. After that add the sliced mushrooms. Cook for few minutes.
  • 4. Once the mushrooms are soft add 1/4 cup sweet corn and add 1/2 tsp chilli powder and 1/4 tsp pepper and then add required salt of your taste.
  • 5. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
  • 6. Once the veggies are done transfer it to a plate.
  • 7. Next step is to prepare base for our soup.
  • 8. Add 2 Tbsp butter after it melts add 2 Tbsp maida.
  • 9. Keep the flame on low to prevent burning. Once the raw smell of flour is gone.
  • 10. Add 2 cups of milk.
  • 11. Milk starts to thinken as it boils. Now add the veggies and let it cook for a while.
  • 12. Our soup is almost ready.
  • 13. Nice and creamy. Add salt as required and add freshly grounded pepper.
  • 14. Give it a final stir and serve.
