Methods
  • 1. 1. Heat a pan add 1 cup of ghee in it roast wheat flour for 10 mins till it turns golden brown
  • 2. 2. Take another pan add 1 cup of ghee in it and then add bajra flour in it cook it for 2mins then add gram flour , oats powder ragi flour , til seeds in it .cook it for 5 mins .switch off the gas .
  • 3. 3. Add roasted wheat flour ,sugar powder and elaichi powder in it mix dry fruits in it
  • 4. 4. keep the mix in air tight container
