Ingredients For Mix veg sabji recipe

Methods
  • 1. Fryy all vegetables and keep aside. to the same pan add 2tsp oil, 2 cloves and 1midium chopped onion, cook for 5 minutes.
  • 2. Add ginger paste and cook for 2 minutes. add coriander powder, turmeric powder, kashmiri powder,and sugar.cook until oil seperate.
  • 3. Now add all fried vegetables along with some chopped tomatoes. cook until vegetable and masala mix. add some Paneer and cook for another 1 minute. lastly mix some garam masala and ghee. enjoy
