1.
Boil milk in a heavy bottomed pan on high flame. Add the suger and lemon juice and continue to cook.

You see that milk become Curdle. Stir continuously.

When the milk become grainy and begain to thicken add the ghee and cardamom powder. Mix well and continue to cook.

When the milk begain to leaves the sides of the pan , transfer the mixture in greased plate and cover it with another plate. Set aside for 5-6 hours.

During this time it will be continue to cook and the middle layer will become light brown in color. After 5-6 hours garnish with Chopped nuts and Cut it in square shape and serve.
