A popular Indian curry, Methi Matar Malai combines kasoori methi with green peas and creamy in a sweet, rich and creamy curry and decorated with tomatoe flower .

Blanch the fenugreek leaves and refresh with water, drain and keep aside.

Heat butter in a pan and add cumin seeds, 1-2 cinnamon stick , chopped ginger- and stir for 30-40 seconds. Add roasted gram flour and cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes.

Add boiled onion paste. Add boiled cashew nut paste and cook for a minute on medium flame. Then add milk with fresh cream and mix well.
4.
Add fenugreek , and simmer on low flame for 30-40 seconds. Now add the Green Peas, boiled salt. Mix well. Methi Matar Malai is ready to serve.
