Ingredients For Mathiya Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Mix all the ingredients.Pure as needed water and make a tight dough.
  • 2. Make equal portion of the dough and then roll it in a thin cylindrical shape.Take all cylindrical one by one and cut it in a equal small pieces.
  • 3. Now with the help of Purri Press Machine make small Mathiya and put in on a newspaper one by one.Press all mathiyas
  • 4. Heat a oil in kadai and fry all Mathiya one by one. When all Mathiyas fried fill it in a air tight container.
