Methods
  • 1. Wash green peas put in mixer jar, chillies, cumin coursely blend it
  • 2. Heat a pan, add oil, pour blended matar paste add rest of all spices mix well cook 2mins then leave for chill
  • 3. Take hand full amount, make cylindrical shape, keep a side, take a tumbler pour idly batter out mutur mixer cover it place on steamer close lid steam 10mins
  • 4. Then take out for tadka, pour oil in a pan, add mustard, coriander, saseme seeds ,salt, chili powder, turmeric, fry well then put steamed idly
  • 5. Then cut slices ready to serve mayonnaise
