How to make Masala-E- Macaroni in mozzarella shell tacos recipe

In a pan, boil macaroni with 2 cups of water and a pinch of salt. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and drain . Rinse with cold water and keep aside.

In a hot pan, add around 2 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese and spread. Sprinkle some garlic powder and oregano.
3.
Cook till light brown on low flame. Flip and cook another side till light brown and remove from pan.
4.
Immediately place on wire rack. Fold and shape this like tacos. Make another tacos like this method.

Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion. Saute for a second on medium heat. Add carrot and capsicum and cook. Add salt to taste and mix.
6.
Add boiled macaroni and maggi masala-e- magic. Add some oregano and Mix well and cook for a minute. Remove from heat.
7.
Take a ready cheese tacos . Fill with 2 tsp masala-e-macroni . Sprinkle some oregano, spring onion and tomato ketchup.
8.
Masala-E- macaroni ready to serve in mozzarella shell.
