Mango should be rubbed by hand. There is a small piece of mango left in the mango puree which is my favorite in any dish made with mango. So I made it this way. In this case mango pulp can also be taken.

Now you have to mix all the ingredients one by one.

Put it on the gas and turn on. It must be constantly stirred.

When it is a little dry, you have to add ghee from all around and stir

When shaken, it will come out of the pot and form a dough.

Then cool it down a bit and decorate it with dry fruits of your choice in the round shape
