Ingredients For Mango Kesar Fudge Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a pan heat ghee and add mango pulp. Add milk powder and mix well.
  • 2. Now add saffron milk and mix well. Add sugar and mix and cook until sugar gets dissolved.
  • 3. Now take it and cool the mixture little bit, it shouldn’t be completely cooled but warm. Now roll it on butter paper and spread chopped pistachios and almonds.
  • 4. Let it set for 15-20 minutes. Cut into desired shape and serve.
