First grind the boiled maize then put the mashed boiled potatoes then add all the spices and mix well and make a paste.

Put pan on the stove and open the flame at high now spread some oil on hands and make small small balls of the paste now give them the shape of tikki now spread some oil on the pan now fry the tikki until get golden brown colour on mideam to high flame.
