Ingredients For Louki ki sabji recipe

Methods
  • 1. Peel louki. Cut it into pieces.
  • 2. Take a wok, heat oil , Add cumin seeds. When it starts crackle add onion, green chilli and ginger. Cook it on low heat for 3-4 minutes. Add add all the spices.
  • 3. Add bottle gourd. Mix it well. Cook till it becomes soft.
  • 4. Add chopped tomato in it. Mix it well. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Sabi is ready.
