Ingredients For Ladies Finger and Onion Masala Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat the dry pan, pour some oil in to it.
  • 2. And Mustard, udar dal, garlic one by one when it reaches temperature.
  • 3. Add 100g of onion in to it saute it for sometime, when it's semi cooked add 200g of chopped ladies finger In to it.
  • 4. Followed by that 1spoon of dry chilly powder , sprinkle the crushed pepper powder, pinch of turmeric powder, add salt to taste.
  • 5. And sprinkles some amount water to it leave it for 3 -4 minutes. Finally add some Bengal gram powdered 3 table spoon in to it.
  • 6. After that pour some oil [optional ] , to got non sticky ladies finger masala.
